Andres Mancilla recognizes that success comes from delivering consistency in performance, professionalism, and staying true to his commitment to service above self.
 
Originally from Colombia, Andres has called Orange County home for over three decades. After honorably serving in the United States Navy for eight years, he transitioned into a successful career in law enforcement, where he protected and served his community for 18 years.
 
In 2015, Andres extended his consummate service skills into the real estate industry, where he specializes in residential buying, selling, leases, foreclosures, short sales, 1031 exchanges, relocation sales, and Veterans Affairs loans. With his expert guidance and patient care, Andres protects his clients’ best interests as he helps them to navigate the local real estate market.
 
Over the course of his real estate career, Andres has served all of Orange County, including Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Westminster, Seal Beach, and Costa Mesa. He has also extended his service to parts of Los Angeles County. His fluency in Spanish and English, along with his extensive knowledge of the local communities, enables Andres to serve a wide range of homebuyers and sellers.
 
As a veteran, Andres is a proud supporter of the Reel Warriors Foundation, a charity that provides military veterans with a way to transition to civilian life through deep-sea fishing. Away from real estate, Andres enjoys deep-sea fishing, golf, running, and reading.
