Meet Catrina

Originally from San Gabriel Valley in California, Catrina has lived there most of her life but resided in San Jose, Long Beach, and Japan as well. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in finance, real estate, and law, and she developed an interest in real estate when she worked as an office manager for a nationwide brokerage. Catrina assisted a smart, successful broker who became her mentor and friend and encouraged her to earn her license. In addition to the residential side, Catrina also works with production companies that scout commercial properties to film television shows, commercials, and movies.

 

Catrina has always embarked on fast-paced and customer service-heavy careers. Before real estate, she held several sales jobs from telemarketing to in-person cold calling, and she worked in the hospitality industry by running a 20,000-square-foot venue for all types of events. Catrina has always been partial to jobs that don’t involve sitting behind a desk all day, and this business fits the bill perfectly for her.

 

Even in her downtime, Catrina likes to stay on the move. She loves any chance to travel and has been to 15 countries (and counting). She especially enjoys sharing food and drink with others abroad and seeking extreme experiences to chase that adrenaline rush.
