Ivan Esquibel is certainly no stranger to Orange County — he hails from Santa Ana, lives in Irvine, and serves that city as well as large swaths of the surrounding area. As a lifelong resident and full-time real estate agent, he knows the local market well.
 
Ivan emphasizes clear and efficient communication with his clients, winning their trust to represent them all the intricacies of contracts and negotiations. Clients, in turn, value his professional and personal values of honesty and integrity, along with the consistently responsive communication. Because he leads with kindness in all he does, he’s always willing to lend a listening ear.
 
Just as important as Ivan’s business expertise is his enthusiasm. “I’ve always had a keen interest in real estate,” he says. He has the personable presence to build lasting relationships with his clients — and he never tires of the thrill of handing over the keys to a first-time buyer’s dream home.
 
In his spare time, Ivan loves sports, comedy, movies, and, as a self-proclaimed “adrenaline junkie,” he values feeling free to live in the moment and experience as much of life as he can. He credits the classic board game Monopoly for his first exposure to real estate. But don’t worry; in his career, he doesn’t play any “Chance” cards!
