At 9 years old, Kimberley Membiela began supporting her first charity. She went door to door, gaining sponsors for the Multiple Sclerosis “Mystery Sleuth” Read-athon and won first place for the highest earned donations and the most books read. Ironically, 23 years later, both of her parents were diagnosed with MS.

 

Then came 2008. Kimberley’s father passed away in February, not from MS but stage 4 cancer. On top of a lifetime of watching the struggles of friends, family, and even strangers, the passing of her father inspired her desire to do more to help alleviate others’ suffering. This drive coincided with the bursting of the real estate bubble.

 

Prior to starting her own brokerage in 2008, Kimberley spent a combined 17 years in sales management. During her 18 years in real estate, she has sold over 1,800 homes. Kimberley has a proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends, and she provides expert guidance for planning, pricing, and advertising. Kimberley has won over 30 top-producer awards, most notably placing fourth in the country for client customer service for sales agents in 2020. She was also awarded Inland Empire SMC’s Salesperson of the Year in 2009 and named the Southern California Salesperson of the Year in 2010.
