Stacey Grande was born and raised in Chicago and moved in 1983 to Palm Springs, where she bought her first home. Since 2004, she has served the entire Palm Springs Valley area as a full-time real estate professional, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Bermuda Dunes, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Indio. Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rush University and an advanced degree in aesthetics, and she taught childbirth classes for 10 years, where she learned many valuable life skills and honed her core values of integrity, honesty, dedication, and drive. Stacey’s passion is helping people find their dream home, lot to build on, or commercial space to help grow their business. She uses her many years of experience to deliver unmatched customer service to her clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for them.

 

In addition to being a licensed real estate professional, Stacey holds numerous designations — Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Green Designation, Certified Luxury Home Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert® are among them. She was elected to the California Desert Association of REALTOR board of directors, a position she held for eight years, and has served on other committees over the years, including the Pro Standards, MLS, and Government Affairs committees. She also currently serves as a director in her homeowners association for earthquake preparedness and volunteers for the Bichon FurKids Rescue program. Stacey is a foster parent and enjoys cooking and baking in her free time.
